about this poster

Femme fatale portrait in front of a velvet curtain poster

With dark wavy hair, red lips and a fur stole over her shoulders, a femme fatale with Hollywood glamour holds a long cigarette holder in front of a dark velvet curtain. The title “SILVER SCREEN” on this femme fatale poster evokes the golden age of the big screen. The palette plays on the burgundy of the curtain, the black of the hair, the red of the lips and the cream of the fur, in a landscape-format composition reminiscent of a movie studio portrait.

Movie glamour for the living room or boudoir

In horizontal format, it sits above a velvet sofa, a dresser or a bar. Its burgundy and deep blacks love dark walls, brass, beveled mirrors and satin fabrics. In a screening room, it announces the show with style. It can be paired with other movie posters or glamour portraits. It makes an easy gift for a film buff, a lover of Hollywood stars or a friend who never leaves home without her lipstick.
