about this poster

Weightlifter lifting a barbell poster, “LIFT IT HIGH”

Arms extended and locked overhead, a weightlifter holds a heavily loaded barbell in a gym bathed in light. Everything comes down to this precise moment, when the weight is finally under control after the effort. The powerful silhouette sits at the center of the image and draws all the attention. This weightlifting poster speaks of strength, focus and pushing past your limits, without any frills. The locked arms and straight back convey the full control of the lift. The title “LIFT IT HIGH” accompanies the movement at the peak of effort.

A motivational poster for a gym

It stands out in a home gym, a converted garage, a young athlete’s bedroom, an office or a strength training box. It pairs well with raw metal, wood, rubber mats and gray, white or concrete walls. It can join other sports posters to make a motivation wall. A great gift for a weightlifter, a bodybuilder or CrossFit enthusiast, a personal trainer, or anyone who has just beaten their personal record.
