about this poster

Brittany poster, steam locomotive in the bocage

Pulling a few carriages, a steam locomotive crosses the green countryside of Brittany, its white plume rising into the sky. Along the track, hedgerows, a stone chapel and a granite farmhouse make up a landscape typical of the Breton bocage. This Brittany poster combines the green of the fields, the gray of the granite and the white of the steam in a peaceful image full of railway nostalgia. The title “BRETAGNE” is printed in the style of an illustrated travel poster.

A Breton poster for the living room or a train enthusiast

Its greens and grays suit a living room, an office, an entryway or a country house. It pairs well with wood, stone, wool and natural tones. It can join other posters of Brittany or trains for a cohesive wall. An obvious gift for a Breton living far from home, a model railway enthusiast, a railway worker or anyone who loves the Breton countryside.
