about this poster

Glamorous woman with a cigarette holder in a living room poster

A glamorous woman holds a long cigarette holder, from which a thin ribbon of smoke rises. She stands in an elegant living room, lit by a tall arched window. The title “SMOKE AND SATIN” sums up the mood of this glamorous woman poster: soft light, silky fabrics and cinematic allure. Her figure stands out gracefully against the setting, in the spirit of mid-20th-century illustrated posters, for a hushed and sophisticated scene.

Cinematic allure for the boudoir or walk-in closet

Vertical and hushed, it finds its place in a living room, a boudoir, a walk-in closet or a bar corner. It loves velvet, satin, brass, gilt-framed mirrors and deep-toned walls. Above a vanity or a club chair, it sets an evening mood. Pair it with other portraits of women or with cinema posters. It is a gift idea for a fashion lover, a film buff or a friend who loves the elegance of glamorous evenings.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
